New Patients: initial care will be a ‘Case-Fee’ format
Why
our Pricing Reflects:
The importance of your quality of life with our care and what is required to continually improve upon that.
Over a decade of relentless dedication to figuring out complex cases more efficiently and effectively.
Expanding exercise prescription for more durable results with less treatment.
we offer Care Plans because:
Every patient of ours has failed with other care, resulting in conditions that are chronic and complex.
Maintaining progress is crucial because over time regression or worse is almost certain.
Care plans create a secure schedule and discounted path to your long-term success .
Protection
As more people with chronic pain discover this form of care, our schedule continues to include more patients from outside of the Valley & State. Care Plans are designed to ensure your continued progress with a structured schedule.
Details
-
Care plans do NOT have to be paid in full/upfront.
They can be paid in 2 or 4 installments over 3 months.
Installment dates and amounts will be known upon signing your plan.
Care plans are designed to structure and finance a year of care, in advance. We do require at minimum of 6 months of care for a plan.
-
You can discontinue a care plan at any time for any reason.
Used visits are prorated at $140 (per visit rate) when calculating a refund.
Example: Requesting a refund after 5 visits of a 10 visit care plan.
10 visits x $120 = $1,200
5 used visits x $140 = $700
Plan Total - Prorated visits = Refund Amount
$1,200 - $700 = $500 Refund
-
Treatment frequency or how often your condition requires care is based on the following criteria.
Between visits there should be:
No regression of:
Symptoms
Ranges of motion
Strength
Tissue Health
Any changes to lifestyle or activity levels need to be factored in as well.
The goal is to maintain your existing progress at minimum with the ultimate goal of continued progress, which includes less frequent care if possible.
-
The option to ‘pay as you go’ remains the same. Payment is due at the time of service.
The difference in rates ($140 vs $120) helps us ensure scheduling stability for our Care Plan clients. Without a commitment to a structured plan, we face the risk of inconsistent scheduling, which is critical for complex cases like ours.
-
We always work to improve patient outcomes including reflecting on our failures.
Most failures happen because patients stop treatment before their condition stablizes.
Reasons patients self-discharge:
Symptoms improve 70–80%, so they stop. Often the problem returns within 6–12 months, sometimes worse.
Confusion about cost. Our up-front fee model clarifies the expected treatment and expenses.
Not understanding that recovery is a process. Healing takes time for the best long-term results.
Our case fee model addresses this with an up-front cost determined by complexity and severity. We use a tiered system of cases: mild, moderate, & severe.
Each case is priced differently to reflect the complexity. Cases cover a set number of visits (20).
