If you qualify, we start with a consultant/detailed discussion of your pain (in person or via zoom).

This is the first step in figuring out why other therapies have failed. A referral is not required for our care.

We accept UMR (out of network), and Cigna (in-network).. You can call us to verify your coverage prior to your consultation.

If your insurance is not accepted/covered, we can provide personal superbills for you to submit to your insurance independently.

If your insurance does not cover our care, payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, major credit cards, flexible & health savings accounts (FSA & HSA).

Most patients experience improvement after the first 1-3 visits. On average patients achieve 50% (+) sustainable relief within 10-12 visits and 80% (+) relief with longevity/maintenance care.

Every case is variable and this is why the initial steps of a consultation and examination are so important. Our process helps us determine your prognosis or how well you’ll do.

#1 Call us to see if you qualify for a consultation. The consultation is a 30 minute discussion with Dr. Holen to collect all the information regarding your case (in person or via zoom).

#2 Examination: range of motion & strength testing, palpation, review of medical records, diagnosis, report of findings, and treatment plan.

#3 Treatment Plan: follow up visits to restore range of motion, strengthen/stabilize, and shockwave therapy.

#4 Longevity: spaced out visits to maintain/improve results, slow degeneration, and return to desired activities.

Our office is located at 77 Gambel Street, Eagle CO in the beautiful Vail Valley. Driving times are 30 minutes West of Vail and 35 minutes East of Glenwood Springs. If you are flying in, we are 10 minutes from the Eagle County Regional Airport.

Please come in workout attire. If you are coming in with an upper-body injury like neck or shoulder pain, please wear a tank top. If you are coming in with a lower back or a lower-body injury please wear running shorts.

If you don’t have or forget a tank top/shorts, we have some in office you’re welcome to use.

Adhesion limits the length & strength of muscles, so our initial focus is restoring healthy motion, then building strength with exercises.

We improve motion with a mix of hands on & instrument based therapy. We also utilize radial pressure-wave & focused shockwave therapy to help with cellular/structural repair.
