FAQ & Resources
Clinical Expectations
-
Because our treatment is highly specialized, we want to ensure your condition aligns with our expertise. During your initial phone call, we will briefly confirm some information regrading your condition.
If you qualify, the first visit is a comprehensive consultation (in-person or via Zoom) to discuss the history and mechanics of your pain.
Note: A medical referral is not required to begin care.
-
Healing is unique to each injury and person, which is why our initial assessment is so rigorous. However, most patients experience meaningful improvement within the first 1 to 3 visits.
On average, patients achieve 50%+ sustainable relief within 10 to 12 visits. Longevity care patients report 80%+ sustainable progress with visit frequency between 1-3 months.
-
Treatment involves a precise combination of hands-on manual therapy to restore motion, instrument-based techniques, and advanced shockwave therapy to accelerate cellular repair.
Once healthy motion is restored, we integrate individualized strength protocols for stability. As care progresses, we gradually decrease treatment frequency to determine your stable point of care.
-
Our treatment is hands-on, so athletic clothing is required. For neck or upper-body injuries, please wear a tank top.
For lower-back or lower-extremity injuries, please wear running shorts. If you forget your athletic wear, we have clean clinical attire available in the office for your convenience.
Financial & Logistics
-
Treatment is always dictated by your diagnosis and not by an insurance adjuster, which is why we operate primarily as an out-of-network provider.
We currently only accept Cigna and will not be credentialed/’in-network’ with any other insurance companies in the future.
If you have a different insurance provider, we are happy to supply a detailed "superbill" that you can submit directly to your carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
(Please note: We do not accept Worker's Compensation cases).
-
Transparency is a cornerstone of our practice. Rather than an open-ended, per-visit billing model, the initial phase of your recovery is structured as a comprehensive "Case Fee." This upfront cost covers up to 20 visits.
Following your initial Consultation ($100) and Comprehensive Exam ($250), your case will be categorized into one of three tiers based on severity:
Mild: $2,500
Moderate: $3,000
Severe: $3,500
-
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards, as well as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
For your Case Fee, you may choose to pay in full upfront, or utilize an installment plan of 2 or 4 payments spread over 90 days.
