The purpose of these changes is to structure our clinical operations with the reality of long-term healing. These options are designed to encourage commitment & consistency for you to achieve the best possible long-term results.
Care Plans
Our most popular option at $120/visit. Invest in your future health with a discounted rate paid in advance.

Designed for your maintenance frequency, ranging from 6-24 visits.
Paid in full or over a 90 day period in installments of 2 or 4.
Refunds: used visits are prorated at $140 (per visit rate).
Have your entire year of care covered by the end of Q1, with scheduling priority via maintenance schedules.
Per Visit
If you prefer to pay per visit our rate is $140/visit, due at the time of service.

Our per visit option is still available with a credit card on file required for multiple (>1) late cancellation/no-show protection.
We reserve the right to require a ‘credit’ to schedule in the event of a declined or expired card needed for our <24 hour cancel/reschedule policy.
Case Fee
All new patients will be on a ‘Case Fee’ format for their initial phase of care.
