Care Plans
Our most popular option at $120/visit. Paid in advance and discounted for investing in your future health.

Designed for your maintenance frequency, ranging from 6-24 visits.
Paid in full or over a 90 day period in installments of 2 or 4.
Refunds: used visits are prorated at $140 (per visit rate).
Have your entire year of care covered by the end of Q1, with scheduling priority via maintenance schedules.
Per Visit
If you prefer to pay as you go our per visit rate is $140, due at the time of service.
