How our care is structured

Case Fee

An upfront price covering the course care for a defined problem to reach a stable resolution. Long term relief for chronic pain is a marathon, not a sprint. Case Fee creates a structured plan to achieve the desired goal with measurable progress.

Why

Many patients stop care when their symptoms improve around 80%. Unfortunately this increases the risk of regression or worse without full resolution and proven stability over several visits.

Fixing complex long-standing conditions is a process requiring proper treatment, adequate strength, and most importantly time to heal.

Case fee is structured to maximize progress, decrease regression, while utilizing objective metrics throughout the process. It also reduces confusion regarding cost, goals, and the necessary steps to achieve sustainable pain relief.

Case Tiers

A case covers care directed toward the agreed-upon diagnosis until the problem has resolved and remains stable, maximum improvement has been reached, or the case reaches its natural endpoint. Progress is reassessed along the way, and decisions are guided by how your body responds—not by a preset script.

The consultation and examination determine the overall complexity or severity of a given condition as mild, moderate, or severe. We take into consideration factors such as: how long the pain has been present, previous therapies or surgery, how much function can be restored, and lifestyle or activity goals.

Our goal is more than pain relief, it’s improving overall quality of life. After experiencing this and completing a case, most patients transition to longevity care to further build upon their original progress and address other problems.

Upfront pricing does not mean a ‘one-time payment’, it means knowing the total cost prior to beginning care. The cost can be paid in 2-4 installments over several months. Our cases range from $2,500-$3,500 from mild to severe.
