Our care is designed for those with chronic and complex conditions. Pain lasting longer than six months without sustainable relief from traditional therapies. This criteria increases the likelihood of adhesion being a major factor and something we can help with.

The first step in resolving chronic pain is knowing all the details. Our consultation covers this and more, ensuring we know whether or not you’re a good fit for an examination. This is a 30 minute discussion with Dr. Holen either in person or virtually. He will also review any recent imaging, testing, or reports prior to your exam. Those can be sent digitally or to our mailing address listed below.
putting it all together
The consultation helps Dr. Holen build an exam around your condition to rule in/out any suspected pathologies. The examination also establishes your baseline function, joint & soft tissue health, and prognosis via range of motion & strength testing and expert palpation. Once all of these details are known your condition is given a ‘Case’ tier regarding the complexity/severity.
